Hello. My name is Sweet Pea. I am NOT a flower! I am a little bunny. I live in a tidy (well some of the time) cozy hole by the stream...not exactly all by myself. I like to float my boat Pea Pod to Town (that is its name: Town) to go shopping. I have a vegetable garden and a flower garden. I do not grow tomatoes anymore. You will see why if you read TOO MANY TOMATOES! The final version, SWEET PEA'S TALE OF TOO MANY TOMATOES! has just been published and you can get it in paperback, hardcover or Kindle edition at Amazon.com.
I like visitors, but not too many at once. See what happened to me one Christmas in the story SWEET PEA'S CHRISTMAS. I am a homebody, but sometimes I go across the meadow to visit String Bean. I occasionally go on adventures. SWEET PEA'S JOURNEY tells you about that. There are lots of things I like to do but I am also prone to mishaps. You may feel bad about that when you read SWEET PEA GETS A JOB. Usually I mind my own business, more or less. But one time I did not...it is not my fault, as you will find out in SWEET PEA ON THE RAMPAGE. One day String Bean had to go away for a while. A cloud sprouted over my head and would not go away. You will find out how I got rid of it if you read SWEET PEA'S TEA PARTY. String Bean has his own story about where he went and what he did. He really stirred things up in STRING BEAN TO THE RESCUE. When he returns from Lima Bean's house nothing seems to go right between him and Sweet Pea. It looks like STRING BEAN STRIKES OUT. THEN last of all, Sweet Pea gets disturbed by the autumn leaves clogging up the stream. But more than that, she is downright aghast at what the town council candidates propose. Find out how this dilemma ends up in SWEET PEA FOR PRESIDENT.
